Salted Fish Pork Belly Home Cooked

It maybe quite difficult to get this in restaurants as many restaurants do not serve this dish. I am not sure of the reason but I guess that this dish is not common or popular. Anyway, I loved this dish and thus I cooked myself salted fish pork belly (home cooked style) for dinner with my family.

  • add corn flour (1st dilute corn flour in water).
  • add white pepper.
  • add sugar (small tea spoon, not too sweet).
    • stir and simmer for 5 mins (low heat).
  • add salted fish.
    • stir and simmer again for 5 to 10 mins (low heat).
    • observe water level so it doesn’t overcooked.
