Try my home cooked fried chicken wings. My family love eating fried chicken wings and I copied the (sort of) recipe from my favorite chicken wings restaurant (read my blog here about one of the best crispy fried chicken wings in town). I made my family some fried chicken wings. It may not look like the original wings but the taste is more or less there. Anyhow, we did eventually enjoyed our chicken wings.
Presenting my chicken wings.
- White Flour.
- Potato Flour.
- Salt & Pepper.
- Curry Powder to taste.
- Osyter Sauce.
- Chinese Wine (Alcohol), don’t put this if you don’t like alcohol.
- Sesame Oil.
- Whole Egg (depending number of wings).
To cook: marinate the chicken and dip into mixed flour and deep fry. Serve while HOT!.
- Marinate chicken with Ginger, Chinese Wine, Garlic
- Mixed White, Potato Flour, Salt & Pepper, Curry Powder (Wargh), Osyter Sauce, Sesame Oil, Whole Egg.
- Fry at 90° heat.
