Simple home cooked salt & pepper chicken using air-fryer.
Ingredients:
- Salt (Himalaya pink salt)
- Black pepper
- Sesame oil
- All purpose flour
- Paprika powder
- Garlic powder (optional)
Preparation:
- Rub sesame oil onto chicken
- Mix salt, pepper, flour & paprika powder
- Rub the mixture onto chicken
- Rest for 1hr in fridge
Cooking:
- Air-fryer at 180 degree for 18mins each side
- Check to ensure chicken is evenly cooked.
