
Home Cooked Belacan Kangkung
- Kangkung (water spinach)
- Belacan (prawn paste)
- Red Onion
- Garlic
- Chili
Preparation:-
- mix belacan & chili with some warm water
- grind red onion
- grind garlic
Cooking:-
- add cooking oil
- add grinded garlic & red onion
- add the mixed belacan & chili
- cook until aroma
- add little water
- add sugar (optional)
- add chicken stock (for more flavor & more savoury)
- add kangkung (stir fry & then cover) until cook (do not cook vegetables for too long as it will become yellowish & lose its green nutrients)
