Ingredients:
- oysters (frozen)
- fish sauce
- white pepper
- light soy sauce
- MSG (Ajinomoto)
- eggs
- corn flour
- rice flour
- garlic
Flour mix (1 separate bowl):
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- mix in water (less watery liquid)
Eggs mix (1 separate bowl):
- 3 to 4 eggs
- fish sauce
- white pepper
- light soy sauce
- MSG
- Stir evenly
Cooking:
- heat up cooking oil (need more oil than usual)
- pour in flour mix (stir fry till slightly hardened / golden brown)
- pour 1/2 to 3/4 eggs mix (stir fry until slightly crispy)
- make a center hole
- add garlic
- add the remaining eggs mix
- add oysters
- let egg rest and cook till slightly crispy
- stir fry the mixed until cooked (ensure not to overcook the oysters).
Serve while it’s hot.
