Home Cooked Fried Oyster

Ingredients:

  • oysters (frozen)
  • fish sauce
  • white pepper
  • light soy sauce
  • MSG (Ajinomoto)
  • eggs
  • corn flour
  • rice flour
  • garlic

Flour mix (1 separate bowl):

  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • mix in water (less watery liquid)

Eggs mix (1 separate bowl):

  • 3 to 4 eggs
  • fish sauce
  • white pepper
  • light soy sauce
  • MSG
  • Stir evenly

Cooking:

  • heat up cooking oil (need more oil than usual)
  • pour in flour mix (stir fry till slightly hardened / golden brown)
  • pour 1/2 to 3/4 eggs mix (stir fry until slightly crispy)
  • make a center hole
  • add garlic
  • add the remaining eggs mix
  • add oysters
  • let egg rest and cook till slightly crispy
  • stir fry the mixed until cooked (ensure not to overcook the oysters).

Serve while it’s hot.
