
This is my home-made chicken nuggets with or without potato fillings.
Ingredient: –
- Chicken breast (about 200gm)
- Optional 1 mid-size potato (personally, without potato is better)
- salt
- black pepper
- sesame oil / cooking oil / cooking mirin
- chicken stocks (optional)
- oyster sauce (optional), I personally find it makes tastier nuggets.
- all-purpose flour
- bread flour (to make it a bit easier to form nuggets size)
- soy sauce (optional)
Preparation:-
- Blend all above ingredients in a blender & blend until sticky.
Cooking: –
- Air-fry till cook
