My family’s favorite soy sauce garlic chicken and here is the simple recipe.
Ingredients:
- Separate chicken wings & drumlets
- Garlic
- Salt
- White Soy Sauce
- Sesame oil
Preparation:
- Pound the garlic with salt until juicy
- Add sesame oil
- Add white soy sauce
- Add corn flour (optional)
- Marinate chicken
Cooking (use air fryer):
- Oil the plate or pan
- air fry chicken wings for about 15 to 20mins each side
Air Fry longer (brownish color)
Air Fry shorter time (less brownish)
