Mini burger for breakfast anyone? I was in Hokkaido, Japan (2015) and the hotel breakfast usually have almost the same food items. The common ones are sausages, Miso soup, dried seaweed, rice, eggs and breads. Having the same food almost every morning, you need to get creative so you wouldn’t get bored.
The usual fusion western / Japanese breakfast cuisine (hotel cafeteria).
This particular hotel does have extra dishes for selection. More generous in terms of choices.

Hokkaido, Japan is a beautiful place to visit especially during spring-summer time which is not too cold. That is also when Lavender flowers are blooming.
