Home Cooked Beef Rice (Gyudon) Or Pork Chop With Dashi and Mirin
Ingedients:
- Small sweet onions (red)
- Big yellow onions
- Dashi (seaweed dashi is best cause fish dashi best for fish soup)
- Mirin (or Japanese cooking wine)
- Japanese light soy sauce (with Sake)
- Sugar
- Pepper (white and black pepper mixed)
- Cornstarch
- Oyster sauce
- triangular mantao
Beef Rice (Gyudon)
- cornstarch and fridge for 30 mins
- Wash off cornstarch for less stickiness
Pork Chop
- marinate with cornstarch
- oyster sauce
- Japanese light soy sauce (with sake) or use Chinese wine
- White and black pepper mixed
- fridge for 30mins
